Warehouse Process
After you place the order, the seller ships to the LoveGoBuy warehouse. This takes 3-7 days. Once it arrives, LoveGoBuy takes photos of the item. You have 48 hours to approve or request a return. This is your QC window, use it.
Critical: Do not skip the warehouse photo review. The 48-hour window is your only chance to return a bad item without penalty. Check every detail in the photos.
Shipping and Tracking
Once you approve your items, you submit them for international shipping. LoveGoBuy packages everything together and provides a tracking number. Updates come at each major checkpoint: departed, arrived in country, cleared customs, out for delivery.
